No, during a flotilla holiday there are only two permanent agreements. These are the time of the briefing in the morning and the time that the flotilla leaders expect you in the next bay or harbor. For the rest of the day you’re completely free without any restrictions.

If you don’t find your place in a flotilla you only have to mention this to the flotilla leaders and go your own way. Keep hereby in mind that any technical assistance is much more difficult.
