Lefkas is our most popular sailing destination. Therefore there are two bases of OCC Yachting on this island from which you can rent boats, either with flotilla service or bare boat. Until recently, both bases where located in Lefkas Marina, near Lefkas town. Since 2009 there is one OCC Yachting base in Lefkas Marina and one in Sivota. In this beautiful, green and sheltered sailing area you will find a lot of islands and islets, and every time you have sailed for an hour, it seems as if you are in a different world again; other mountains, other breathtaking views, other…. you almost start to think, other seas.

Some of these islands are inhabited, some are not, but they all share the same splendor of the most varied part of the Ionian Sea. The welcoming in the harbors and villages is warm and genuine affectionate. So it will not surprise you that this area is very popular for sailing holidays.

Distances in this area with clear blue waters, are kept short. You can easily sail for hours or you can choose to pause so the children can swim and enjoy the beautiful beaches. You're never far away from the next port, and therefore never far from the additional services from the flotilla leaders.

Although still limited, there are internet cafes and even Wifi services in the villages.
Spartaghori, Frikes, Fiskardo, Kastos and many other places will never disappear from your memory. If the memory starts to fade, just go again. This area is never boring.
