Good teamwork and communication between skipper and his or her crew on board of a vessel are necessary for the enjoyment of sailing. Poor communication before or during maneuvers are often cause for irritation, misunderstandings, damage or collision.

In this course (married) couples, or fixed sailing partners, will learn how to cooperate in a fine and pleasant way. To achieve this, attention is paid to the behavior of the ship and the way you are dealing with the ship in certain situations. Therefore key maneuvers are discussed. A good partnership on board starts with a good control of the ship in any given situation.

Duration of this course: two to three lesson blocks.
